An investment and financial planning company worried that new clients were regularly frustrated with the complicated and time-intensive onboarding process. We looked into all the steps and workflows involved in gathering their information and transferring funds, and came to a much more simplified process that would eliminate repetitive steps and reduce the number of separate moments during which a client would need to be providing information or attention.
We also reviewed the dozens of different forms, agreements, and disclosures...
...and consolidated them into just one page to sign and one document summarizing all necessary information about the relationship.
We also planned out a future transition to digital information-gathering platforms.
